Riforma del SSN: un sistema sotto stress ma ancora solido?

Nel presente contributo viene esaminato il disegno di legge di riforma del Servizio sanitario nazionale italiano, con un focus particolare sui principi costituzionali e le criticità inerenti al sistema, così come sulle maggiori innovazioni organizzative che sono state proposte. Questa analisi si concentra sul valutare, nell’ambito giuridico, sia la tenuta del SSN cosi come i limiti attuativi della riforma stessa.
Abstract
This paper examines the draft law reforming the Italian National Health Service, focusing specifically on its constitutional principles and the critical issues inherent in the system, as well as the major organizational innovations proposed. This analysis focuses on assessing, from a legal perspective, both the resilience of the NHS and the implementation limitations of the reform itself.
